2. Device and optical path simulation;

3. Process optimization;

4. Research and development of new pixel structure;

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, microelectronics, physics, materials related major;

2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred;

3. With a solid physical foundation of semiconductor devices;

4. Familiar with Sensturus/Tsuprem/Silvaco TCAD software;

5. With strong learning ability, independent problem solving ability and good team spirit.
