Job Responsibility：

1. Using FDTD Lumerical software to simulate and design the optical structure of pixels;

2. Carried out pixel design and process experiments d on simulation results, and used silicon results to verify and optimize simulation models;

3. Analyze pixel optical performance test data, use FDTD simulation to solve problems and optimize pixel optical performance;

Job Requirements：

1. Engaged in CIS Pixel optical structure design and optimization work for more than 3 years;

2. Proficient in FDTD Lumerical simulation software;

3. Master degree or above, optical major is preferred;

4. Clear logic, strong learning and work initiative, strong problem analysis and solution ability;

5. Have good teamwork skills, communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure;
