Job Responsibility：

1. As the docking window, cooperate with color film factory to develop CIS color filter and microlens process;

2. Optimize the process of CIS color filter and microlens through design experiments, improve the pixel optical performance and process manufacturability, and ensure stable mass production;

Job Requirements：

1. Engaged in CIS color filter, microlens and other development work for more than 3 years;

2. Proficient in the optical performance of CIS products, understand the basic principle of CIS, master optical simulation software is preferred;

3. Bachelor degree or above;

4. Clear logic, strong learning and work initiative, strong problem analysis and solution ability;

5. Have good teamwork skills, communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure;
