Bachelor's degree/Sales experience in semiconductor industry/marketing channel/customer complaint handling
Job Responsibility:
1. Organize the collection of customer demand information, competitor information, establish and maintain customer files;
2. Establish customer communication channels and maintain customer relationship;
3. Organize and carry out business sales related work such as intelligent manufacturing and intelligent transportation, and complete sales targets;
4. Responsible for the development and expansion of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent transportation industry customers, followed up the progress of key customer projects, and promoted the smooth mass production of projects;
5. Communicate with the company's internal procurement, negotiate with customers, deal with customer demand, quotation, order, delivery and payment recovery;
6. Assist in product delivery, assist in handling customer complaints;
7. According to the market development and the company's strategic planning, assist decision-makers to make sales plans and quantitative sales targets;
8. Responsible for submitting quarterly and annual sales reports, analyzing the market potential, sales data and daily maintenance of sales channels.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, electronics, computer, etc., relevant working experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with intelligent manufacturing, intelligent transportation, automotive electronics and other markets, more than 3 years of semiconductor industry sales experience is preferred, CMOS image sensor chip sales experience is preferred;
3. With excellent organization and coordination skills, analysis and integration skills, good communication skills;
4. With rich experience in marketing, communication, media PR, proficient in all kinds of promotion channels or platforms, with marketing activity planning and organization and implementation ability and experience is preferred;
5. With market sensitivity and business development ability, able to analyze and judge market dynamics and market direction, control market development and overall layout;
6. Quick response, strong ability, strong sales negotiation ability, internal and external communication and coordination ability;
7. Responsible, able to work under great pressure, team spirit, good at challenges.
