Job Responsibility：

1. Responsible for the design and development of new CMOS Image Sensor pixels, analysis of test data, improve the optical and electrical performance

of pixels;

2. As the docking window with Foundry, cooperated with FAB to develop CIS pixels and processes, including logic and pixel devices;

3. Improve pixel performance, device reliability and manufacturability through design experiments to ensure stable mass production;

Job Requirements：

1. Master degree or above, microelectronics, physics, materials, optoelectronics and other major;

2. More than 1 year working experience in PIE position in FAB plant or CIS design company, familiar with advanced semiconductor process, TD related

experience is preferred, CIS related experience is preferred;

3. Master semiconductor physics and device physics, TCAD, FDTD simulation experience is preferred;

4. Clear logic, strong learning and work initiative, strong problem analysis and solution ability;

5. Have good teamwork skills, communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure;
