News New Product information Details

Chengdu Microlight Collector Technology Co., Ltd. has been committed to providing customers with high-performance image sensor solutions. We are committed to developing and delivering high-quality in-vehicle image sensors to meet the growing demand for automotive safety and intelligence. Our team of technical experts and engineers work closely together to ensure that every product meets the most stringent industry standards, with safety and reliability at the core of the design philosophy.

Our new generation of in-vehicle image sensors, the MIA1301, stands out not only for its rigorous technical specifications, but also for its stable performance in complex environments. Its core advantages are:

Core advantage

ON.1 Stable low light performance

Excellent performance in low light environments, thanks to its optimized design of 3um×3um pixel size, high Sensitivity and low dark current characteristics, Sensitivity up to 8.8V/Lx*S can capture clear, bright images even in weak light conditions. Built-in image preprocessing technology and wide dynamic range (HDR) capabilities further improve image quality, reduce noise and maintain detail integrity.

ON.2  High SNR

The 45dB signal-to-noise ratio is a significant core advantage, ensuring sharp, low-noise images are captured in a variety of light conditions, including low-light environments. This performance not only improves image stability and quality, but also provides a solid foundation for post-processing images, making the MIA1301 ideal for achieving high-quality imaging in in-vehicle vision systems.

ON.3  low-power design

The operating power consumption at 960P@30fps DCG+VS is 102.6mW and the standby power consumption is 0.24mW, helping to extend the service life of the on-board system.

ON.4  Compact package size

The MIA1301 image sensor is packaged in an aCSP-36 package and measures only 4.644mm x 4.217mm, a compact design that allows the sensor to be easily integrated into space-constrained on-board systems while maintaining high performance.

ON.5  HDR

Support 1280x960@30fps 10bit DCG+VS, dynamic range 120dB, adapt to different lighting conditions and application requirements.

HDR Scenario Comparison

HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, a feature that makes it excellent for high-contrast scenes, capturing both bright and dark areas in detail. In the process of vehicle driving, it means that even in complex light conditions, from the dim tunnel to the outdoor sunlight, the sensor can automatically adjust the exposure, ensuring that the image is neither exposed nor lost dark details, providing the driver with a clear and true view of the rear. The addition of HDR technology significantly improves the image quality of MIA1301 under various lighting conditions, especially in dynamic changing environments, so that drivers can obtain reliable and comprehensive visual information to improve driving safety.

The RAW output function of the MIA1301 image sensor is particularly important, which not only improves the post-processing ability of the image, but also provides high-quality image data for the on-board system, enhances the system's perception of the environment, and thus improves driving safety. The main applications of MIA1301 in the automotive field include:

ON.1 360° circumnavigation system

Using the wide dynamic range and high rate of the sensor, it provides the vehicle with all-round real-time monitoring, so that the driver can observe the surrounding environment when parking and driving at low speeds. ON.2 HD reverse rearview

ON.2 Hd reverse rearview

Designed for high-definition reverse rearview systems, it offers a clear resolution of 1.3 megapixels, ensuring a detailed rear view can be captured when reversing. Its excellent low-light performance allows the driver to clearly identify obstacles even in dim environments, while the high rate output ensures real-time and smooth video streaming.

The MIA1301 image sensor demonstrates its versatility and adaptability in in-vehicle vision technology applications, and its design not only improves driving safety and user experience, but also promotes the development of autonomous driving technology.

In the future, IMGDS will further expand its product line of Gate-level image sensors to focus on the in-vehicle front mount market, aiming to strengthen its customers' competitiveness in the market by providing high-performance imaging solutions.
