The ISR2006 CMOS image sensor improves industrial vision accuracy with high sens

The ISR2006 is a 2.5Mp pixel backlit, roller-exposed CMOS image sensor with 9.9um pixel size and Dual-Conversion Gain (DCG) structure. The effective pixel array is 1936(H)*1280(V). Using DVP and MIPI two interface modes, can achieve 12bit and 14bit pixel output. DOL2 is generated inside the chip, and HDR can be realized by off-chip synthesis algorithm. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, high dynamic range, low noise and wide spectrum.

High dynamic Range imagin

ISR2006 built-in DCG mode (Dual-conversion Gain) function, support DOL2 output combined with off-chip synthesis algorithm, to achieve HDR high dynamic range imaging. The current maximum dynamic range is 78dB in linear mode, which can be extended to 120dB in HDR mode.

High sensitivity and low noise

ISR2006 uses 9.9um large pixel of BSI backlit process, which has extremely high detection sensitivity, and the lowest detection illuminance can reach 10^-4LUX. At the same time, the circuit structure is optimized, and the correlation double sampling (CDS) technology is adopted to eliminate Fixed Pattern Noise (FPN) and low frequency noise of the image element and readout circuit at the same time, so as to achieve the purpose of low noise readout. The current readout noise can be 0.9e-@HCG.

 Excellent quantum efficiency

The ISR2006 pixel adopts near-infrared enhanced structure, which greatly improves the absorption efficiency of long band, and doubles the quantum efficiency in near-infrared. QE@850nm >60%, QE@940nm >30%.
