Job Responsibility：

1. Assist in the completion of product project approval;

2. Formulated and coordinated the product introduction plan, ensured that the products were completed on time, coordinated and solved the problems in the introduction process, including the configuration of data requirements, personnel coordination and schedule coordination;

3. Responsible for coordinating and organizing project meetings, promoting the sequential completion of projects, and ensuring that various problems are solved;

4. Responsible for product NTO to mass production review, promote the smooth entry of products into mass production;

5. Responsible for developing and optimizing product production processes, establishing workflow procedures, and managing related documents;

Job Requirements：

1. Rlectronic/material major, bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 2 years of wafer fab, packaging plant or product engineering experience, project management background and PMP certificate is preferred;

3. Can independently write project related reports;

4. Have strong organization and coordination skills and communication skills, careful and responsible work, team cooperation ability, clear logic;
