On July 8, 2026, Hu Guangjie, Secretary of the Putuo District Committee of Shanghai, led a delegation to visit Chengdu Image Design Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Image Design") for a research tour. The visit aimed to gain an on-the-ground understanding of the company's development and to hold in-depth discussions on deepening government-enterprise cooperation and promoting coordinated industrial development. The tour was accompanied by Li Wenbo, Member of the Leading Party Members Group of the Putuo District Government, Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group of the District Science and Technology Commission, and Second-level Inspector, along with responsible officials from relevant departments; Zhang Dexiang, Director of the Southwest Office of Shanghai Guotou; as well as Wang Yong, Executive Vice President of Image Design, and Wen Jianxin, Vice President of Image Design.

Hu Guangjie and his delegation went deep into the company’s frontline operations, visiting the core technology exhibition area and key product demonstration zone in the company’s showroom. Wang Yong gave a detailed introduction to Image Design’s latest R&D achievements in the field of CMOS image sensors, including core products for multiple application scenarios such as security surveillance, automotive driver assistance, machine vision, consumer electronics, and medical endoscopy. Hu Guangjie paused at the dynamic demonstration area to observe real-time imaging comparisons under complex conditions. He engaged in in-depth exchanges with on-site technical personnel on product performance indicators and technical roadmap, and fully affirmed the company’s solid R&D capabilities and its independent and controllable product system.

At the symposium, Wang Yong, on behalf of Image Design, extended a warm welcome to the Party and government delegation from Putuo District. He reported on Image Design’s recent work progress in technological breakthroughs, market expansion, and talent team building, as well as the challenges encountered in the company’s development and its next-step plans. Wen Jianxin delivered a special report on the business layout, team building, and development plans of Shanghai Ripplesemi Technology Co., Ltd. in Putuo District.
