The core advantages of this solution are reflected in its large pixel design, ultra-high line rate, and enhanced ultraviolet (UV) sensitivity. Through TDI multi-stage charge integration, it significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio under low-light conditions, meeting the stringent demands of ultra-high-speed inspection. The conference featured a live demonstration of the TDI camera d on the 3K-resolution sensor, which offers 256-stage integration capability and a line rate of up to 1.5 MHz.
